1. Our "Zero-Storage" Commitment

Your privacy is our primary concern. Alnix OrthoCrop does not permanently store your dental images. Images are held in temporary memory (RAM) only for the duration required to perform the crop. Once the process is complete, images are immediately purged from our active environment.

2. Third-Party AI Processing

To provide high-accuracy cropping, images are processed via Roboflow. By using this service, you acknowledge that images are briefly transmitted to their infrastructure for inference. We do not share your email or any account details with Roboflow.

3. Account & Usage Data

• Authentication: We use Clerk for secure login. We only store your email address to manage your account access.
• Analytics: We use Supabase to track the number of images processed per account. This is a simple numerical counter and contains no image data or patient information.

4. Data Security

All image transmissions are protected by SSL/TLS encryption. We do not sell, rent, or trade any user information to third parties.

5. HIPAA & Compliance Note

Alnix OrthoCrop is a tool for image preparation. Users must ensure that images uploaded do not contain text-based patient identifiers.
